We needed to address our guest requirements for an iPod/iPhone docking station. There are several products around that I was familiar with. I contacted our preferred supplier and Brendon and was delighted by his responsiveness to our needs and price competitiveness. As a result, we purchased the iPod/iPhone clock radios from Brendon even though we had no prior dealings with his company.

The new iPod/iPhone clock radios meet our guest expectations and we love the very positive feedback from our guests. In addition, we no longer need to stock spare iPod/iPhone chargers at the concierge desk and the concierge team are saving over 20 hours a week.

I would have no hesitation recommending Brendon to anyone. Service and timeliness alone were excellent, on top of that, turnaround times, quality and ease of ordering made the whole process a breeze.

From the first contact, I knew I was dealing with professional people and I was assured by how we communicated. We had a requirement for a Connectivity Panel (MediaHub), Brendon’s products suited our requirements and in addition were very well backed by their expertise and support. The MediaHubs are great, they allow us to offer better in-room entertain systems and allow guests to use the facilities to the fullest.
